Tampa Backwater fising trips..

We depart from Palmetto at the Regatta Point Public Boat Ramp, Riverside Dr and Business 41 (Adjacent to the Shell Gas Station). We will fish the Manatee River, Terra Ceia Bay and the South side of Tampa Bay near the Skyway for Trout, Redfish, Snook and Spanish Mackerel both, drifting and with trolling motor. We use a 17 ft boat with shallow draft and we are able to get into shallower areas. This can be some very exciting fishing and seems to be the most productive early in the morning or early evenings.

We are limited to two anglers for space and comfort on these trips.

Meet Me At the Regatta Point Public Boat Ramp Dock

We will leave from Regatta Point Public Boat Ramp located at 860 Riverside Dr. in Palmetto, Florida.

Please be sure to park your vehicles in the public parking areas to the left of the boat ramp near the covered picnic tables.

There are public restrooms located at this building.

Cancellation Policy

The fees are as follows: When you charter the boat, it is for the whole boat and the time slot requested. Therefore, We WILL BE turning down other parties requesting your day and time.

A cancellation by the chartering party prior to 36 hours of a scheduled charter will result in a full refund. Cancellations 36 hours or less to a scheduled charter will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation of the trip at any time by the Captain will result in a full refund. The Deposit amount varies per trip. It is considered one-half the dollar amount of total trip.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
